- Standard products: shipped within 2 business days.
- Custom products: shipped within 3 business days.
- Delivery after shipping: 4-15 business days, depending on your destination and the shipping method you choose.
Shipping origin & duties: All orders are shipped from China. For orders delivered to the United States, import duties and customs clearance fees are included. For other destinations, they are not included and are the recipient's responsibility if charged.

Returns
Shop with confidence at ARTPHRO. Non-personalized items come with a 90-day return guarantee. Personalized pieces can't be returned for a change of mind, but if we get the engraving wrong or the piece arrives defective, we will remake it for free, or refund you in full if you prefer, within 90 days of delivery. If you are not completely happy, please contact us at support@artphro.com, and we will make it right.
